Rafex was formed in late 2022 with the goal of becoming a gold production company in the shortest possible time frame.

The initial seed investment round was oversubscribed, providing the company the opportunity to acquire additional gold mining and exploration assets.

Rafex is assembling a team of world class and committed geoscientists to explore these assets and bring them to production in the earliest timeframe. Leading edge technologies will be applied to these projects, to cost effectively deliver gold resources to the company asset portfolio.

An active mine allows for positive cash flow that can be used to grow the resource by exploring near the mine (brownfields) and fund greenfields projects with multimillion ounce upside potential.
