Russell Brimage

Russell has over 40 years’ experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, ranging from public listed oil & gas companies to the service industry – both onshore and offshore.
Prior to Lion Energy, Russell was Managing Director of Oilserv Australia, an oil field service company which he founded in 1982. The company became a dominant service contractor in Australia providing contract field operations, testing and wire-line services, facility design and construction, drilling and work-over services.
In the public company arena, Russell has demonstrated capability in capacity as CEO to secure and develop producing assets in both Indonesia and the state and federal shallow waters of the US Gulf Coast, often via industry counter-cyclical transactions, to transform companies from zero revenue to positive cash flow and profitability, with successful outcomes. As chief executive officer of an ASX listed entity, he was an early mover in identifying shale opportunities in the US with the farm-in to approximately 60,000 acres in the Niobrara shale play in the states of Colorado and Wyoming in August 2009.
Frank Davies

Frank has 42 years of success as a founder, business owner and significant investor across a range of industries.
Based in Queensland he is the founder and director of Breeze Holiday Parks, the largest privately owned and operated holiday park operation in Australia.
Frank has a substantial investment portfolio and is a significant investor in several mining sector companies. He considers gold as a favoured investment target to outperform other opportunities in the mining sector.
His proven ability to negotiate commercially appealing acquisitions and build wealth with his investors are just some of the skills he brings to Rafex.
Richard Chiang
Director
Richard Chiang has extensive experience in the financial services industry beginning his career at Lehman Brothers, and into executive positions at Wedbush Securities (Wedbush Morgan Securities), Roth Capital Partners LLC., and Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc where he personally managed over $600 million in client assets. He has extensive hands on experience in lead roles on several alternative merger transactions with both US and international cross borders transactions at a leading advisory firm.
Mr. Chiang is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, The Haas School of Business and the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley. He has held several securities licenses such as the FINRA Series 7, Series 24, Series 63, and the NASAA Uniform Investment Advisors Law Series 65 license. Mr. Chiang is a securities industry arbitrator for FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
Justin Ward
General Manager Exploration
Justin is a Principal of his own mining services business, Modern Mag, with experience in geophysical surveys, Electromagnetics (TEM), potential field interpretation (magnetics), drill programs and site preparation, sampling and rehabilitation. Justin is a Geoscientist with almost 30 years of global exploration experience.
Initially trained by the De Beers group of companies on four continents, he has expanded his area of expertise from diamonds to mineral sands, iron ore, base metals, industrial minerals and gold. Justin has greenfields, brownfields and mine experience for all commodities and has been an integral member of geoscience teams that have discovered numerous commercial mines including the team that discovered the entire ‘Ring of Fire’ mineral province in northern Ontario in ~2004.
While initially trained as a Geophysicist, DeBeers entered Justin into the exclusive ‘Stargate’ program accelerating a career path to senior management with responsibility for various De Beers exploration projects and geophysical programmes.
